#157558 - 3-phase Inverter IGBT phase waveform |
I am working on a 3-phase inverter using IGBTs, driven by PWM. Randomly, I get strange waveforms on one of the phase output. I checked IGBTs and their snubbers. These seem okay. So, this has really surprised me. The strange waveforms are on: (although may not be strange to many experts out here):
waveform-1 waveform-2 I am wondering if anyone could advise me on this... |
