Can I drive more power if I solder two or more ULN one over other, pin to pin (ganging?)?
NO!!! only one will pull (the one with the lowest Vce sat). when 'ganging' transistors (discrete or inside a chip) you need an emitter resistor as an 'equalizer' Erik |
