#161535 - Flash Memory 89c450 |
I am having an issue with the flash memory of an 89c450 chip. I am writing within my software and the data writes and verifies OK. Then when I power off and back on the data is gone. The program is unaffected just the data the program wrote to flash. Is there a bit that needs to be set? Anyone have any sample code they are willing to share. Thanks |
