In addition, you would also need to specify things like bandwidth, distortion, etc. Or maybe just state the application - which would probably constrain it sufficiently. Note that there are limits on the allowable power (and other parameters) for "unlicensed" use... Something between 2440-2450 to 2500 will OK 100mW/200mW allowable here.
