There is at least one error. Look at the Delay routine, you type y as unsigned char but compare to 1200. I think type char cannot be 1200.

You could use:

void delay ( unsigned char time )
{
unsigned char x;
unsigned int y;

for ( x = 0; x < time; x++ )
for ( y = 0; y < 1200; y++ );
}
