I guess you're right. I was looking at a power supply I've not used for about a decade and a half, and was thinking I'd send it to him. Then I picked it up! It's a 19-inch-rack-compatible unit, with several multi-ampere outputs. It weighs quite a bit, and would probably cost a fair sum to ship. That's why I took your remark seriously.
