of the (original) circuit. And the 8021 has a PROG signal at pin 3 (it's n/c). Mind you it says there is also an ALE signal at pin 12 (also n/c) and I don't know how that can be... maybe it's also for programming?
Edit: Elsewhere on the web that is an 8021 "programming card" (remember those?) and it shows pin 3 as PSEN (an output) and pin 12 as ALE (also an output). Kind of makes you wonder if there was a piggy-back ROM mode or something. http://archive.comlab.ox.ac.uk/cards/cards.html |
