I was quite polite under the circumstances. Give them a quote for the price of the additional modification, and if they don't like that, suggest that they buy an off-the-shelf PAL to VGA converter (they're about 30-40 Euros). ;) Depending on how many of your converters they plan to use and your hourly rate, the last option might be less expensive. |
