If you're willing to pay enough you can get acceptable food nearly anywhere. without a fistful of bills, you're unlikely to get very good food in NYC or LA, Chicago, or San Francisco. You might find a truffle here and there, but, generally speaking excellent food at reasonable price is getting hard to find anywhere.
Nevertheless, I freely admit it's likely things have changed since I was a young man. I am, in fact, glad they have. RE |
