| Use two or three power MOSFETs or IGBTs in parallel on a large heat sink block to increase current rating of cheap IGBTs and distribute the heat dissipation on a larger area and reduce cost.
 You also need to add short circuit or over current protection, cooling fan and good ventilation. Mahmood |
