I read out your suggestions.
Actually I want to transfer multi_voice channels from one side to other via single line.
Now i mentioned here the currently facing problem relating the topic.

1. MT8980 is compatible with 6802 and like other processor as its detail found in its datasheet.Its parallel address and data bus are directly connected with the above mentioned processor.and its controll lines(R/W ,CS ,EN ,DTA)are copatible with the above mention Processor.Then it will work out.

2.Now i am interfacing 8051 to MT8980 in external memry mode for its compatibility.8051 lo_address are connectd to MT8980 through Latch IC. Hi_addresses are used for MT8980 control line(R/W,CS). 8051 R and W pins are connected with MT8980 EN(control Line) via NAND gate.
Data lines are directly connected with MT8980 data_line.

3.Clock signals are according to its data_sheet(4.096MHZ)

These all about hardware.I fellow up for software the application notes of MT8980.
