#100559 - Possible fix? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Tried a Belkin 25 straight thru cable (6 ft 1.8m) and the situation deteriorated to where I could not get a successful read from the mcu, no matter where or with what I touched. Reinstalled the hacked cable, installed a .001uF disc cap from pin 2 to ground and it seems to performs quite well, so far. Did about 30 reads and several erase and writes, even the error count dropped.
Reinstalled the Belkin cable and it also works. Hal |
