I was soldering the cap into place when you sent the message. I did not realize that scope probes could provide such a capacitive load. All I have are 10:1 probes. My scope is a Phillips PM3217 50mHz dual trace, time delay that my boss was throwing out because "we did't need 'em anymore"!?!?!?!? Apparantly some extra clock signals were being induced into that line, causing all the aborts. Have a good weekend, Hal |
