Then you should use --model-large, because that is the easiest way to place auto variables and function parameters in xdata. You can try the --stack-auto option, but I hate worrying about stack overflows. There will be a substantial speed penalty, but I reckon measuring the speed of a working system is the best way of determining whether you have a problem. I think you should always make it work right, and then make it work fast if neccessary. |
