there is a communication indicating LED, its function is whenever there is a communication failure it has to blink.
LED got on by active low, in code it is written that before the infinite loop LED should be ON, then it checks communication, if communication fails then LED starts blinking. But i found on LED PORT P1^4 instead of giving a variable voltage it is giving 2.9 V constant and LED glows dim steadily. But when i burn the same code into another LPC764 i got the required result, very next moment with little change in the application code when i used another LPC764 the earlier problem arose again.
