If you have ANY marginal situation (low Vcc - a port pin overloaded, insuficcient decoupling) you WILL find that some chips do not work. as an example if a chip has Vih min 4V, typ 3V, some chips will work if your Vih is 3.5V, some will not.
I can not recall ANY chip where some work, some do not beyond, say, one in 1000. Examine all against the datasheet and you should find the cause. Erik BTW how do you program the chips? |
