That happens when someone that doesn't know how to talk in his native languaje try to do it in other language :-)
The "CC" term was because of "Continous Current", i mean controlled by a voltage (continous, variable, what ever....) I used the countinous term because once stabilized, the voltage controlling the VCO (or similar ciruit used to generate a controlled frec. output) will be almost constant (except for the little corrections made when the osc goes below or over the 20Mhz reference.)
