#102131 - SPI Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I have downloaded the datasheet already. Can I use 89c52 to control APR6008? Or is it that only 68HC11 can be used for SPI? SPI was invented by Motorola (now Freescale) so, naturally, it is to be found on the 68HC11. But there are also plenty of 8051-derivatives with SPI. If you don't have hardware SPI, you can implement it by "bit-banging" in software - As I said before, there's plenty of examples of that all over the net! |
