#102143 - AT89C55WD or Atmega series
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Try AT89C55WD it has 20Kbytes of flash and 8 channels of A/D.

Or leave the old 8051 architecture and move to AVR and use any of the ATmega series they all have 8 channels of 10-Bit A/D plus a lot of more useful peripherals.

And forget the Digikey, they are so expensive!!
