I don't like designing things with chips that aren't in production, mainly because if I bugger the chip up, I'm lost and have to start from scratch, also I always feel uncomfortable designing hardware that couldn't even have the potential to go into production. Secondly, have you ever tried getting data on programming graphics card chips directly?... Every since the computer industry went commercial big style, it has been a bugger to get programming information on even the simplit modern computer card, what ever it might be.. The chip's no good if I can't get the pinouts
