Hans Van Pelt has managed to get a good deal at a hotel in Maastricht, with mini-suite prices the same as for a hotel room.

The details are in this quote from Hans' mail to me. We have to have dinner in the hotel to get this deal, but the "hotel Empereur" has a very good restaurant.

So: we have 10 rooms blocked for us until the 30th this month. Anyone who wants a room there should book one before that date. This may be done by e-mail, and this is what you'd have to write:

Give your name, address and telephone number
Amount of persons (up to 4 in exceptional cases)
The rooms have been blocked for the night of june 30th to july 1st only. If you want to stay longer indicate that too.
If you want a parking space, a sauna or will use the solarium (hey! it'll be JULY!!!!)
Assure them you will pay by either giving them your credit card number/expiery date or by transferring the price for the arrangement to account 131363867, Rabo bank Maastricht
To find out how much you owe them, I suggest you ask them how much they expect you to transfer in case you transfer money to the account.
Everyone will be billed individually at the hotel.
If you don't transfer the money, the room will be cancelled if you don't show up on june 30th before 18:00. Don't know how that works for the credit card, but I'll be calling them again tomorrow, to talk dinner with them.
