I'd like to make it to the European convention, but the selected date is definitely in peak travel periods and the airfare is not cheap.

We (my wife and I) are considering flying out at the end of May and staying in UK for a month or two. That'd let us take advantage of lower airfare and also give us time to visit Europe. However, this plan is contingent on quite a few things so unfortunately I still can't confirm whether or not I'll be there.
