If you want, I can find similar things in other manufacturers litterature. Along these lines: the TI TUSB3200A (USB audio micro w/8051 core) docs are fairly incomplete. The chip they did next, the very-similar TAS1020B, more fully documents some of the '3200's features. You would think that they could go back and update the '3200 manual, but nooooo ... which is too bad, because these chips are pretty neat, and other solutions require a CPLD or small FPGA to do the digital audio interface. Vendor docs range from excellent to execrable. -a |
