#103481 - home Atmel ISP cable Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I think that the main problem with the atmel cable construction is that in many cases, even my own case, we want of make the cable with components that we have around us.
This is not against digikey or other suppliers, it is just the fact of get the component at the hand. I think that the 74VHC244 is not easy to find and generally we need one to make just one cable. I know that this is the right part to build it but what I mean is that for instance in Venezuela none supplier sells this part, I do not know about other countries. Then what can we do? Design any solution to build the cable, maybe with other parts, buffers etc, but that can be build with parts around us. Maybe Abhishek told about this before, but I think that this could be a very good solution. Waiting for suggestions. Thanks. Roberto Muñoz |
