#10359 - RE: just curious |
Erik,
Had a quick look thru my 1983 Intel handbook for a definition of MCS - none given. However, it is listed as a trademark of Intel Corp - along with BITBUS, COMMputer, CREDIT, Data Pipeline, GENIES, i, ICE, iCS, iDBP, iDIS, i2ICE, iLBX, im, iMMX, Insite ... and many others (including Megachassis, MICROMAINFRAME, Plug-A-Bubble and Seamless). The same trademark notice notes that MDS is an ordering code only and is not used as a product name or trademark. MDS is a registered trademark of Mohawk Data Sciences Corp. Derek. |
