Perhaps it was foolish, but I replied to him directly
Without having any opinion on "foolish", when I get the direct e-mails, I mostly answer "ask in the forum". The only exceptions have been VERY specialized questions. I'm wondering if we've got another hit and run poster. For each new thread we can only hope that is not the case, or we would not be able to help those that actually intend to answer questions. I have suggested earlier that it became possible to mark a post with questions "thread locked till the OP answer" Erik |
