#106432 - timers tmod.2/tcon.2 !correct in tut? |
Looking at page http://www.8052.com/tuttimer.phtml, the description of the TMOD SFR shows that bit 2 is C/T0. However in the third to last paragraph on that page, it is stated, If you look back to the bit table for the TCON SFR you will there is a bit called "C/T0"--it's bit 2 (TCON.2). So, my question is, is the tutorial incorrect or is the definition of the TMOD (or TCON) SFR incorrect? My investigation in the bible says that it should indeed be TMOD and that the tutorial is incorrect. |
