Hi Andy,

the PSD parts looking nice on using the standard 8051 at 12MHz.
But today many 8051 derivates have a faster timing and working at up to 40MHz (e.g. DS80C390).
Then you need flash memory with 50ns or faster. And the PSD devices only about 120ns fast.
Some PSD devices also specified for 90ns and 70ns, but they are very hard to get.
