#107896 - I have found
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I have found very rare graphics .pdf file named "AP-69: An Introduction to the Intel (R) MCS-51TM Single-Chip Microcomputer Family". Author: John Wharton. This document contains 30 pages and is dated as May 1980.
This datasheet contains short history about MCS-48 produced from 1976 (8048,8748,8035) and 8049,8039,8021,8022.

Then it says:
"Now three new high-performance single-chip microcomputers the Intel (R) 8051, 8751 and 8031 - extend the advantages of Integrated Electronics to whole new product areas."
Then this paper introduces all features of MSC-51 and may be very interested for reading for all.
The size of file is 1,7Mb. If either Steve or Craig make the space then I can upload this file to the site.

Regards,
Oleg
