#10845 - RE: speech with microcontrollers |
Hello Matt,
Thank you very much for such a long and detailed explanation, it must have been a pain to type so much. I am planning to introduce speech in a water level controller and all I want it to announce the following: "Sump Empty" "Tank Full" "Dry-Run" etc. These messages could be stored in the ROM (program memeory area). I was wondering if there could be special speech chips such as the SPO-256, (I heard about this chip years ago but never got to use one) which could reduce the load on the microcontrollers and allow me use the smaller microcontrollers. I would be thankfull, if you can email those data sheets and other details. ( email:mercyjohn@hotmail.com). Hello Steve, Can you please throw more light on the ISD chipcorder? Regards, John. |
