#110726 - EE question. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
First let me qualify myself. I'm not an electronics guy by any stretch of imagination. I understand dome things and if you were to tell me what to hook up I could probably get away with that and if it was already engineered I might be able to make it work.
The situation is that I am following the manufacturers schematics on how to build a Dot Matrix display around their chip. Specifically Dallis Semi's MAX6953 2-wire Dot MAtrix LED Driver. Ok I've followed their specs and even got a free PCB design software and got it all done according to the specs. The thing I am concerned about is since this is an I2C driven device and I were to string 16 of these "modules I've will have built. I'm wondering if I'll have the power at the end of the I2C chain. |
