Well the manufucturer specs shows that it support 16 addresses on the chip.
I was planning on building these as 2 digit modules (i.e. has the chip and all other components on 1 little 2x3 circuit board) that I would be able to plug 1 into the other. the specs show 47uF and 100uF between the power and ground. Like I said I basically created this PCB design as 1 little module with the 2 Displays on one side of the PCB and all the other components SMT on the other side. Would you need to look at the spec to see for sure, or is build a couple of these things and see if they work? |
