#110981 - Isolated supply Responding to: ???'s previous message |

To my experience with high voltage problems (a lot) the best way is to opto-isolate the input.
This implies the use of a different supply for the input circuit. You can use a small DC/DC converter. Yes, I thought about this way although isolated DC/DC converters are expensive. Another question is about opto-isolated signal. Because pulses are very short so I doubt that simple optocoupler may do this work due its delay and inertion. Seems I need to do more tests. I can provide you a schematic diagram if you give me your mail. Please, bigblack_at_narod.ru where the _at_ is @ Thanks, Oleg |
