My friend changed transzorb to unidirectional 3V3 one and replaced 1M0 resistor with 470K one. With this configuration the board seems stable. There is another idea to use FET with gate connected to a wire which is twisted with wire from piezo without electrical contact between them. Friend says that in this case FET should be opened by induction, but this is not tested yet. Thanks, Oleg |
