The OP states he uses "AT89C5131 USB Development Board"
If the voltage regulator is a +5V device REMOVE it and temporarily 'patch' an adjustable regulator (e.g. LM317), setting it for +3.3V, then try re-installing. Re you suggesting that a Development Board has the wrong regulator?? Erik |
