#118316 - being replaced by V66x Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I found a couple of chips from Philips that would fit what I am looking for, but found that they are discontinuing those chips and are not recommending them for new designs.
the C66x are being discontinued and in the process of being replaced by V66x Does anyone know of any 8051 compatibly chips that has more than 64K code space and at least 4K of RAM. The RAM isn’t as important as the code space. SILabs f12x 1298k [edit]sorry, just 128k[end edit] code, 8k data there may be more, try the Keil device database http://www.keil.com/dd/parm_search.asp Erik |
