My problem is solved. The mistake what I did was, I copied the Eprom and saved it into a file by using one brand of Eprom programmer. I down loaded the same file and burned the ROM in 89c51 by using another manufactrurs Programmer. First one saved the file in HEX format. Second one requires in BIN format. Afetr detecting the fault, I converted the file into BIN format and programmed the 89c51. Now it works fine.
