Hi chaps. Sorry I was not being concise enough.
I'd forgotten the underlying methods within the IDE, when you 'Make' something it goes out and makes all the files that are included into .obj dont cha? Anyway, what I meant was, yes the compiler, whoops I mean IDE has a source file list which includes lcd.as which is code I wrote a few years back for lcd drive. And yes, when the source of lcd.as is altered errors are generated accordingly. When I 'make' there are no errors generated, but when I compile the linker brings up 'undefined symbols' errors.
