#119275 - Problem in accessing 1mb external ram |
Hello,
I am sai. I've some problem with 8051 interfacing to 1 mb RAM. I've written the code in keil using C language. When I debug it, it is ok. But when the real picture, i.e., after programming it into 8051, data is not getting stored outside the first 64kb section of 1 mb RAM. So I request you all, if there is any suggestion, please give me regarding this. It is actually urgent. |
