An 805x doesnt have any mechanism for addressing more than 64KB of code space and 64KB of data space. If you are having trouble with something OTHER than a genuine Intel 8051, it would probably help you to tell us what the actual physical processor is. Now, if the simulator works and the hardware doesn't, as Andy said, you probably have a hardware problem and need to tell us more about that as well, starting with the memory addressing scheme, but omitting NOTHING.
