#120368 - the confused one is me Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I stepped in briefly yesterday and did a hurried response, managed to mix up UART and IIC.
Anyhow, the reason I checked the LPC92x - which I do not use - was that I have no problem with the IIC hardware on the LPC93x. I have to find out where the issue is and why my emulator works and the board doesn't (with my code anyway) I suggest you check what you have against the CodeArchitect code. [added thought] is it possible that your emulator has a better 'drive' than the actual chip (this seems to be one of the more common emulator 'faults' as to 'exact match') in which case the capacitive load on your IIC bus could be the culprit. Also if the pullup resistors are too large (or missing or way too small) that may do it. As a last possibility, if any pin involved (naster or slave) is configured as push-pull that will lead to erratic or total failure.[end edit] Erik |
