Then can sink much more that they can source. Exactly! Rodrigo, your MOC3011 needs 10mA to reliably turn-on, which is impossible to be delivered by a standard output in push configuration! You should at least do it in pull, means where the micro sinks that current. Use a MOC3012 insteasd of MOC3011, though, which needs only 5mA.
