There are several "print-to-pdf" utilities available as freeware/sharware on the www.
I was quite late "getting on board" with these, but they allow me ot avoid the pitfalls of incompatible schematic diagram and other graphic formats when communicating with friends and colleagues. JPEG tends to lose parts of black-and-white drawings, and BMP's, etc, are far too large. OTOH, few people are able to interpret HPGL, which is quite dense, by comparison, and not all applications can generate it either. RE |
