Maybe some hacker could cut a link to 8052.com into the cable note at the Atmel site.
That would be a good idea!! =) The problem is that they are interested in selling the cable, so there's no AT89S cable schematic at their site. (We can only find an AVR cable schematic). And as it gets expensive to buy the cable from Brazil (R$2,20 BRA = $1,00 USD, and we have a 100% fee over electronic imported products, so we pay more than 4x the price, this not to mention other fees), spending several days trying to make this thing work is the price we pay.
