As it is a local company, I have been working with several generations of their programmers and EPROM emulators for almost 10 years.
Fair price, excellent quality, good support. They made custom support for several "weird" chips on our request promptly.

PS. ... having said all good on those programmers, however, I find it to be an overkill to use them for ISPing a simple AT89S52, consider perhaps some of the many many AVR ISP-ing tools, most of them they ARE capable of programming AT89S5x's too...
