 		 #12264 - 8*2 LCD control
Hellow,
I tested LCD (PC0802A-made POWERTIP).
It's 8*2 Character LCD.
MPU is 8052, connected databus and CS(enable) with 74LS138.
LCD's Control Instruction is RUN(cusor is shifting & blinking), but CHARACTER is NOT VEIW.
