#123404 - Timing Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Steve,
I thank you for confirming my idea.I do identical in, say,RC5 decoding. Here,I have to keep on clocking and receiving DO and saving, even after fininishing the comamand 'play' or 'record'.That means polling the stop switch can be done after every 3/4 seconds(a sector time). That means stop switch has to be one of the interrupts and some stop_flag is to be polled/checked.16x2 chinese LCDs are slow specially in 4 bit mode.Am I going to miss every alternate address?Change to 8 bit mode? I wish I could make it smooth like geared counters used in tape recorders. Will you please advise if my understanding is correct? Regards A.S.Rudra |
