OK cardboard did not work, let's try bending it in neon.
the chip only 'see' 10 bits, the remaining 4 are as the datasheet states ignored. this 0000h and 2000h is the same to the chip because it does not 'see' bit 10 of the address. The chip will roll over after 1fffh try something simple write 0007h with, say, 11 write 2007h with, say ,22 read 0007h it will read 22 Erik |
