It is advisable that you switch the top 2 MOSFETS on and off for the complete cycle while apply the pwm only on lower mosfets to reduce switching losses.
What switching frequency are you talking about? What is the expected current to flow through the mosfets and what is the dc link voltage? If you are controlling a motor don't forget the DC link capacitor. Mahmood |
