You must keep this logic which ý have showed in the pictures. What you want to realise was only one part of the my graduation project. I recomend you to use IPM devices instead of self MOSFETs. Because it is necessary to prepare protection circuits for each MOSFET. When you used IPM you do not have to think about protection. All protection circuits are inside of the IPM(over volte, over current, over heat protections etc.)
